Do you offer website migrations from my old host?
Yes, we offer FREE website Migrations. We can help you through the process from your current hosting provider to WP HostSite WordPress Hosting service
I have already registered a Domain Name can I link it to WordPress Hosting?
Absolutely, we can link it for you from your Domain Name provider if you provide us the details.
Can I use WP HostSite services on a sub-domain?
If you have your main site hosted elsewhere you can still point a sub-domain to our servers (i.e blog.example.com.au) When placing you order enter in the full website url.
I need an email account with my WordPress Hosting?
Included in all WordPress Hosting Plans are 3 Email addresses.
To request an email account setup simply login to the Client Area Portal here and Raise a Ticket
How Do I get Started?
If this is a new website, first you will need to consider a domain name for your site, which we can help you register one. Then determine the type of website you need. Personal Blog site, Business Site or Online Store . If you already have a domain registered go to our WordPress Webhosting packages here
I'm new to websites and don't have a Domain Name. Where do I get one?
Simply, select your WordPress Webhosting package here, and tick the box Register and enter a name to Check and Select a new Domain Name. We only offer .com and .com.au domains currently
Do you provide Help and Support for WordPress?
We support your WordPress Site on our hosting server. We do have WordPress Training Videos available by request for our users. These are great if you are new to WordPress and want to design and update your own website? Additionally we provide our customers with online HowTo’s and Technical FAQs.
